Getting Started

What is Bayan Kadiwa?

Bayan Kadiwa is a local parcel delivery service by Freshpost Delivery Inc. for documents, small packages, merchant orders, and everyday community deliveries.

Who can use Bayan Kadiwa?

Families, online sellers, local merchants, offices, and community partners can request pickup and delivery support within available service areas.

Is Bayan Kadiwa available everywhere in the Philippines?

Service availability depends on current routes, rider capacity, operating hours, and coverage zones. We focus on reliable local areas first before expanding wider.

Booking

How do I request a pickup?

Use the website inquiry form or official Bayan Kadiwa booking channels. Share pickup address, drop-off address, contact numbers, parcel type, size, and handling notes.

How does Bayan Kadiwa find a rider for my order?

After you place an order, Bayan Kadiwa looks for an available delivery rider near your pickup area. The rider search can run for up to 10 minutes, with the search radius expanding during that time to help match your booking. If no rider accepts within 10 minutes, you can choose to try again or cancel the booking. If no option is selected within 2 minutes, the booking will automatically cancel.

Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

Yes, scheduled pickup may be arranged when rider availability and route capacity allow it. Same-day and priority requests depend on location and timing.

What information should I prepare before booking?

Prepare sender and receiver details, complete addresses, phone numbers, parcel description, preferred pickup time, delivery notes, and any proof or confirmation requirements.

Parcels

What items can I send?

Common accepted items include documents, sealed envelopes, packed goods, online seller orders, accessories, samples, and small parcels that are safe and lawful to transport.

Are there restricted items?

Yes. Restricted items may include cash, government IDs, passports, illegal goods, hazardous materials, weapons, live animals, stolen items, counterfeit goods, and anything prohibited by Philippine law.

How should I pack my parcel?

Use secure packaging that protects the item during normal handling. Seal the parcel properly, label it clearly, and add special handling notes when needed.

Pricing and Payment

How are delivery rates calculated?

Rates may depend on distance, route, parcel size, vehicle type, urgency, waiting time, tolls, parking, add-ons, and current operating conditions.

Are there hidden charges?

Bayan Kadiwa aims to keep pricing clear. Extra fees may apply only for situations such as waiting time, redelivery, cancellation, returns, tolls, parking, or special handling.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment methods may vary by service area and booking channel. The team will confirm available payment options before or during the booking process.

Tracking and Delivery

Can I track my delivery?

Bayan Kadiwa supports delivery status updates such as accepted, picked up, in transit, delivered, and proof-ready when available through the active booking flow.

What is proof of delivery?
